Small Jesus Ministry Sues Federal Government

Daniel Chapter One has filed suit against the Federal Trade Commission.
Daniel Chapter One has worked with home churches worldwide and here in the USA. The work has brought Jim and Tricia Feijo to stand with the home church in Poland and to be there when Communism fell. They also were ministering to the home church in China and marched with the Chinese in Tiananmen Square. Many other places from Greece to East Berlin and Jerusalem were stops in their ministry.
This independent ministry was originally formed as a health outreach and nutrition center. It was in this manner that funds were raised to support underground home meetings in foreign countries. Daniel Chapter One evolved into a healing ministry and developed nutritional products to meet the needs of any and everyone who sought their help.
Over the last few years, the FTC has vigorously pursued and through unconstitutional methods tyrannized and oppressed Daniel Chapter One. Dragged through the FTC court for nearly three years, the little ministry has stood its ground as the Federal agency threatened them, mocked and maligned them, violated their privacy, invaded their credit card and bank accounts, and forcibly took the names of people who bought 7 Herb Formula, GDU, Bio Mixx and Bio Shark, the four products many people used for their cancers. Through coercion the FTC has sought to suppress this knowledge and destroy Daniel Chapter One. They have officially censored these products and Daniel Chapter One.
It should be noted that in 27 years Daniel Chapter One has never had a complaint. Rather, it has gathered a stack of testimonies and sworn affidavits from grateful people worldwide. People from around the globe have used Daniel Chapter One products. Through the Daniel Chapter One radio ministry, a live call in program, Jim and Tricia Feijo have been asked for advice from Japan to Jerusalem and from Costa Rica to Canada.
The ministry has been shackled and gagged, with a Final Order silencing them for 20 years, or 20 years from the date of any violation alleged by the FTC. They have been FORBIDDEN, verboten, to give out information in any form: verbal, CDs, radio, through public and even home meetings. They have had to remove their websites (which they have reintroduced in a redacted form) and hide away their written material as it all has been banned. What apparatchiks are these that are being paid to destroy a work of the Almighty Yahweh Elohim?

Apparatchiks are PEOPLE AS PART OF A MACHINE, with excuses such as: “My country, right or wrong!”, “I’m only doing my job!”, “It’s better to do something than to do nothing!”
How do you determine what to do when you are expected, obliged, commanded or forced to behave in a questionable way? What choice did the Nazi soldiers have when commanded to kill their enemies? What do you do, when you are morally convicted that what your job, your government or some authority directs you to do is against your moral conviction?
This is what Jim and Tricia Feijo were faced with when the Federal Trade Commission attacked them along with 129 other nutrition companies. All 129 companies relinquished their freedoms and surrendered their Constitutional rights as the giant ordered. Today, Daniel Chapter One is the only one standing against this tyranny. Under an illegal, unconstitutional Order from a false and unconstitutional federal agency, the FTC, Daniel Chapter One will seek justice and right by legal process.
