As of April 1, 2010, the FTC has ordered Daniel Chapter One to discontinue providing the full scope of health information about God-given vitamins and nutrients.
Our products will still be available as usual. The purchase and sale of the products will not be prohibited. However, if the FTC order is upheld, Daniel Chapter One will be unable to share information about how the products interact with diseases, but we will not turn away people faithfully seeking God-given nutrients.
Renown constitutional law experts Herb Titus and William Olson are actively engaged in the federal appeal process on behalf of Daniel Chapter One. Ours is an unprecedented case that strikes at the very heart of human freedom and dignity. Religious liberty, free speech, and medical choice are all at stake. We anxiously await presenting our arguments to a fair and unbiased court. We are confident in Christ’s victory over injustice, sin, and deceit. Pray that God will open the minds and hearts of the judges to the Truth. Keep us in prayer as well.
In Summary
-Daniel Chapter One will continue its worldwide ministry through online and radio to glorify Jesus Christ.
-All of our products will be available as usual. However, the FTC has ordered us not to tell you which illnesses they may treat or mitigate.
-Until our appeal is granted, we will comply with the FTC order as best as possible.
